Welcome to the MAXIMUM MUSCLE - PUSH, PULL, LEGS Program. Make sure you recover effectively. Sleep, water, protein, mobility. This program is highly stimulating. If you have any sincere imbalances or sharp/shooting pain consult with a PHYSICAL/PHYSIOTHERAPIST before using this program.

Welcome to the MAXIMUM MUSCLE - PUSH, PULL, LEGS.

This program has been designed to teach you about how to exercise for MAXIMUM MUSCLE GAINS!

You can do this in the park, at the gym, at home or really anywhere you get creative. 

This program is for the INTERMEDIATE athlete, this program is best utilized by taking things SLOWLY and really trying to further engrain movement patterns. 

For those of you who want to maximize your outcomes at the gym, repeat this program over for a total of TWO MONTHS, then perform between 1-2 Months of the MAXIMUM STRENGTH - 5X5 programming!
