How do I open previous days of the program?

The program is designed to be like an in person personal trainer. You cant get time and days back in real life. Don't worry if you miss a detail or two. This is life. Simply do your best to learn as much as you can each day, and move forward.

How do I move to the next day of the program?

There is a button at the bottom of each workout day. You MUST hit “Mark as Completed” in order to move to the next day. It is recommended to rest at least 12 hours between rigorous workouts even for the most advanced athletes. It’s important for you to rest or watch any videos you might not have had time to after the workout. The next day will open in exactly 12 hours from when you completed your last workout.

There seems to be a lot of video content. Do I need to watch every video for every exercise?

It is highly recommended you watch each video throughout the program. The program is highly educational to ensure safety. Once you have watched every video, your understanding of movement will be at a level you never knew possible!

What if I can't work out 5 days per week?

Not a problem at all. If you finish a workout but can’t come back to it for a couple days because life is hectic, you can always pick up right where you left off. A rest day will only be open for a maximum of 24 hours so you wont be returning to a rest day after some time off and have to wait.

Who is the program designed for?

The program is tailored to men between the ages of 15-45. There is a high emphasis on arm training for the ideal aesthetic results. It is beneficial for men and women of all post puberty ages.

Is there Nutrition Advice in the program?

Yes, there is nutrition advice but it is found later within the second month of the program. This program is highly movement and results based. Too much obsession with nutrition right away can be overwhelming and confusing. This program discusses the psychology of nutrition and the habits ideal for long term success in health and fitness as recommended by Dr. John Berardi, head nutrition expert at Precision Nutrition.

I am really sore after the workout, is this normal?

Yes. The first couple times working out, or the first few workouts of a new training phase (discussed in the program) will make you sore the few days. Stay strong and persevere and you will get what you’re looking for.
