Welcome to the End Game Training Program. 

This program is outlined to give you the meat and potatoes of how to navigate yourself through the gym and give you advanced fitness knowledge so you can feel confidant working through any facility and feel like you know what you're talking about. 

It is important you watch each explanation video at least once to gain a full understanding of how each movement should be executed. 

There is progression videos for the Squat and Deadlift videos as they are considered the most "dangerous", yet most effective exercises in the gym. 

If you find the beginning of this program not challenging enough, just be patient and use the explanation videos to perfect your technique.
